This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement. In general, quality managers manage the quality of services in business organisations. They ensure the quality of in-house company operations such as customer requirements and service quality standards. Quality services managers monitor the company's performance and implement changes where necessary.

  • Plan: define a problem and hypothesize possible causes and solutions;

  • Do: implement a solution;
